By accessing, registering for, applying to, or using the Website, examinations, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

  1. Eligibility and Acceptance: Use of the Website and related services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Users must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and lawful.
  2. Services and Examinations: ESDO may provide examinations, certifications, seminars, training programs, digital content, and related services through the Website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, content, pricing, or feature at any time without prior notice.
  3. Payments and Fees: All fees are payable in the applicable local currency or USD and may be subject to applicable taxes, including GST or VAT. Accepted payment methods may include:

Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by ESDO.

  1. Confirmation and Communication: Upon successful payment, users may receive confirmation by email. Examination-related communications, including admit cards and notices, may be issued electronically. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information.
  2. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, examination material, software, videos, text, and other materials available on the Website are owned by or licensed to ESDO and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users shall not:

  1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content;
  2. Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to systems;
  3. Use examination materials for commercial or training purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
